Sailing for France

The Next Level
The ups and downs of taking your sport to the next level. For me, it's the up-side downs of yoga.

wearing hockey shin guards over a wetsuit—riverboarding is one of them.

I’ve been doing Corepower
yoga regularly for the past three years and have just started to attend a level
three class at my local studio whenever possible. The classes are offered
during non-primetime hours, so I’m not able to attend as frequently as I would
like. But when I do make it, I’ve really been enjoying taking my practice to
another level.
June 21. This is the summer I finally whip my body into
optimal shape. My goal is to average running 40 miles per week and then
celebrate my summer of discipline by entering either the Adirondack Marathon or
the Boulder Backroads Marathon on September 21. I would start running today but
I don’t want to miss this afternoon’s Rachel Ray Show. Rach is hatching up a
special summer recipe for Sloppy Joes.

kayaking, or flat vs. river canoeing.

The programs are a partnership with the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and are tied to USATF's Zero Tolerance anti-doping initiative and Win With Integrity youth outreach program.
Next time you think about berating a race director for
running out of bagels, consider the money and energy—and undying dedication—it
takes to put on the events the Colorado sporting community has come to know and
love.

reduce greenhouse gas emissions and helps national parks nationwide become
